Privacy policy

Private by design,
from the first deal.

Effective September 13, 2026

This policy explains how Gin Ledger handles information when you use the iOS app or contact us for support.

Information stored on your device

Gin Ledger stores the names you enter, game scores, round results, game history, statistics, and your preferred player name in the app’s local storage. A record of free games used is stored in the iOS Keychain. This information is not sent to us.

Purchases

Unlimited Games is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple. Gin Ledger uses StoreKit to show the product and verify your entitlement. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Apple may process purchase information under its own privacy policy.

When you contact support

If you email us, we receive your email address and any information you include in your message. We use it only to respond to your request and keep it only as long as reasonably needed for support and recordkeeping.

Analytics, advertising, and tracking

Gin Ledger does not include third-party advertising, analytics, or cross-app tracking. We do not sell personal information.

Control and deletion

You can delete individual rounds or games inside Gin Ledger. Deleting the app removes its locally stored game data according to iOS behavior. Keychain data, including the free-game record, may remain on the device after the app is removed.

Children’s privacy

Gin Ledger does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app’s local scorekeeping features do not require an account or personal contact information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if the app’s practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will show the latest revision.
